Responsibilities:
- • José Mateo Ballet Theatre is seeking an enthusiastic instructor for Creative Dance classes (children ages 3-6). Teacher must have patience and a positive, upbeat attitude, and must be comfortable being responsible for young children. Reliability and punctuality are also necessary.
Qualifications:
- • Dance experience
- • Experience working with young children in an educational or recreational setting
José Mateo Ballet Theatre has studios located in the Old Cambridge Baptist Church in Harvard Square and in St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Upham's Corner. We are passionate about welcoming individuals of all backgrounds and abilities, and teachers will have the opportunity to work in a strong community of dedicated students, parents, and faculty.
