Requirements:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transferring data accurately and efficiently from various sources to our databases, records, and files. This is a remote position that requires a high level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

Data Entry Requirements and Qualifications:

Accurate and precise attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management skills; able to prioritize effectively.

Skilled knowledge in generating process documentation.

Ability to assist team members to accomplish team goals.

Fast and accurate typist.

Confidence in speaking clearly and professionally for voice recording data.

Understanding of data confidentiality principles and strict adherence to them.

High school diploma; associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.

Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field.

Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Self-directed and able to work without supervision.

Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly of Excel spreadsheets.

Strong attention to detail.

Knowledge of touch typing system preferred.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter data into appropriate fields in databases, records, and files.

Transfer data from paper formats via computer, recorders, or scanners.

Handle numerical data accurately and create spreadsheets.

Organize spreadsheets with large numbers and curate data from speech or interviews.

Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available.

Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.

Type data directly and accurately.

Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly.

Summarize data for standardized reports.

View and verify confidential or private customer/client information, protecting their information and identities.

Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation.

Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed.
