We are hiring for the position of On-boarding & Off -boarding Analyst to work on site indefinitely for our client located in downtown Atlanta. The two Analyst's will join a team of three, working together to streamline the on-boarding & Off-boarding process for a very large organization that hires approximately 100 new employees per month.
This is an administrative role, NOT TECHNICAL. We require strong analysis and Excel skills. The On-boarding Analyst will coordinate with IT for all new employee's system and hardware needs such as system log ins, laptop needs, network access, password needs, access needs, etc., as well as decommissioning up on an employee exiting the organization. This is not within HR.
Prior experience working in this capacity would be a big plus, but not absolutely required.
