This role provides clerical and administrative support to the President; processes all applications for membership.
Prepares correspondence, memoranda, agendas, and materials related to Invitation Process as well as the committees/task forces for which the President is responsible.
Technical skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome, Basecamp, Dropbox, iMIS membership database; comfortable with Website maintenance (WordPress) and Social Media.
Must have pleasant demeanor and attention to detail and a "get it done" attitude this employee interacts with organization leadership, membership and staff on a daily basis
Responsible for arranging travel and preparing travel itineraries for President and Leadership.
Responsible for expense report preparation.
Responsible for maintaining official documents and records in appropriate files.
Assists in the preparation of the Invitation Budget.
Must be comfortable and discreet in handling confidential information.
Handles complex processing of all portions of member invitation process including soliciting comments in candidate's geographic area, acquiring reference letters, organizing candidate interviews, preparing dossiers of each candidate, and maintaining various reports and logs.
