Real Estate Cold Caller/Virtual Assistant | 1 to 3 Years Experience - Ventnor

Requirements:

Know your way around a computer, the internet, and using computer software in general.

You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.

You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer.

You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption.

Must be able to handle rejection well and move on with a positive attitude.

Proficiency in English is REQUIRED.

Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people - via phone, email, etc.

Previous sales experience (is a plus). Real Estate experience is not required (is a plus).

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective homeowners.

Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of the discussion.

Follow company-provided scripts to determine if each homeowner would be interested in selling their home.

Communicate to the homeowner the benefits of selling directly to us.

Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.

Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and a high volume of deals.
