Compensation range: $42,000 annually + uncapped bonus paid bi-monthly according to contract agreement

Responsibilities:

Our recruiter coordinator role is responsible for high volume sourcing, screening, and identifying diverse candidates to work in the transportation industry as full-time class a truck drivers.

In this contractor position, we expect you to be able to effectively manage high volume, time-bound recruitment which includes posting, sourcing, resume review, phone screening, dispositioning applicants, and recommending candidates to hiring managers. Interview scheduling for hiring managers is also expected.

Use our lead base to contact interested drivers in a timely fashion.

We also expect our new team to adhere to defined metrics and timelines to achieve hiring of 10 drivers monthly.
