Our Team

The Professional Services Organization within Informatica is responsible for ensuring customers are successful in deploying our enterprise cloud data management solutions. Our consultants work with our customers and business partners both on short-term assignments to provide spot, Informatica expertise, as well as longer-term efforts to ensure that our customers realize the full value of their Informatica investment in accordance with the customer's expectations. We aspire to form lasting relationships with our customers as they embark on their cloud journey

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an articulate, assertive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with the ability to exercise good judgment in setting task priorities, as well as managing multiple, sometimes competing priorities. You will be results driven with strong organizational and leadership skills. Moreover, you will have proven ability in building effective business relationships throughout all levels of an organization and can demonstrate the ability to make decisions and handle difficult situations independently and diplomatically. In addition, you'll be someone who knows how to get it done no matter the task, with grace and confidence.

Your Responsibilities

Point of contact for the daily business of the Senior Vice President, Professional Services Organization.

Coordinate complicated domestic and international travel with the ability to execute last minute changes.

Heavy calendar management, while understanding the priorities of the Executive and his contacts.

Work on assignments that are complex in nature where independent action and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations.

Obtain briefing materials and research from relevant parties to ensure that the Executive is fully prepared for meetings.

Collect and prepare information for use in meetings/discussions of executive staff and outside influencers.

Participate in staff meetings, plan offsite meetings, all-hands and team events
coordinate all logistics, manage communications, track action items and key issues.

Review incoming/outgoing mail, screen telephone calls and handle independently as appropriate.

Your Qualifications

10 years of comparable work experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast paced high-tech company environment

Self-starter, high energy individual who works with little or no supervision

Strong confidence and ability to interact with very senior level executives

Positive and approachable personality

Team player with exceptional organization and communication skills

Ability to balance multiple priorities with an appropriate sense of urgency and have a drive for results

Exceptional attention to detail (follow-through), accuracy and commitment to customer satisfaction

High degree of discretion and confidentiality

Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Undergraduate degree preferred

Based in Chicago, IL or near suburbs and willing to work downtown.
