Education, Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor-s degree in Business Administration with major in Accounting or Finance is required
- Must have a minimum of five years with at least 2 years with SMB experience working in the accounting department with at least two years as a manager-
- Working knowledge of US GAAP. Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Ability to work with all levels of personnel, from staff to executive management, and international accounting team
- Prior experience with QuickBooks online required.
- Experience working with ConnectWise, financial reporting software, and proficiency in MS Office especially Excel highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and tasks concurrently and to change priority of tasks as needed.
- Capable of working collaboratively; consistently meeting deadlines.
- A self- Motivated and proactive attitude towards researching problems and completing assignments; and effective oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage all data entry of general ledger, cash management, and accounts reconciliation, payroll processing, and manage receivable and payable functions.
- Manage end to end accounting process
- Review financial data from international subsidiary-s for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate monthly close with Company Departments
- Prepare financial statements for multiple business entities
- Conduct monthly reconciliations and audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data
- Manage payroll and track bonus and commission plans
- Assist human resources with onboarding employees
- Participate in the development of the operating budget
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Other related duties as required
