JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
High school diploma or (Bachelors degree preferred)
Proficiency with Google Workspace apps (Would be preferred)
Availability to commit to the role
Demonstrated understanding of responsible internet safety best practices
Responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, events, appointments, etc. And managing calendars
Assisting in home office admin tasks processing mail, scanning, filing, and organizing
Coordinating travel, service requests, and repairs
Paying bills
Preparing client invoices
Purchasing supplies, etc.
Running occasional errands
