- Field telephone calls
- Receive and direct visitors
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments,
And calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing
Materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct internet research
- Place orders for Office equipment or business needs
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
