JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Technology startup, looking for a professional in administrative careers, bilingual (English-Spanish conversational and written), with a minimum experience of 3 years in the position, this professional will be in charge of supporting the different administrative and purchasing processes. You should have knowledge of Office tools (advanced Excel), archiving, exporting, logistics, accounting, document preparation, and experience in banking processes.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service

- Preparation of quotes

- Tracking of purchase orders

- Export processes

- Preparation of reports

- Communication with suppliers

- Shopping

- Database development

- Travel management

- Other administrative functions

- Contact with financial entities.

- Upload invoices to the system.

- Control of payments, both to suppliers, parafiscal and taxes.

- Control of expenses.

- Sales reports.
