We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. These roles will provide administrative and clerical support by performing clerical and administrative duties including filing, keying, entering data, and extracting data from multiple systems. Responsibilities include answering all email inquiries quickly and kindly, making existing office systems more efficient, managing materials for the office as needed, and planning travel arrangements and appointments for employees. You´ll also support the team by marketing the company and planning company events.
Candidates should have great time management skills and your ability to be accurate and focus on the details will be critical. This position requires a professional with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our e- Commerce initiatives and activities. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and coordinating
administrative tasks to support the team's daily operations.
- Assisting with the organization and execution of our organization.
- Handling communications with artists, customers, and partners in a professional and courteous manner.
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Assisting in the creation and updating of content for our online platforms, including website and social media.
- Conducting research on art market trends, potential partners, and e- Commerce best practices.
- Handling light financial and accounting tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Providing general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare reports, presentations, memos, letters, and other documents as needed.
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Learning and sharing knowledge and experience across regions and functions within the team and company as relevant
- Manage the onboarding process to include, system updates, agendas, and follow- Up.
