ACS Onboarding Role

Assigned to each instance build to continue the building of knowledge to share with new instance and new team members. Learn the data Be involved with BRD review Spec review Test case development UAT presenting

i. Testing

ii. Create test cases

iii. Create workflows building off creating messages

start high level drill into the details with test cases IP Warming QCing workflows between YM & ACS Client specific training building:

i. workflows/campaigns,

ii. content block - adding/editing,

iii. email including personalization

Support AMs with answering questions related to technical workflows QC Counts differences Post production support

JOB TYPE
Work Day: Full Time
Salary: Negotiable

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimal experience: 10 years
