We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and caring Full time Adult Day Program Specialist to provide supervision, mentoring and direct assistance to our clients with disabilities. The River Rock day program operates out of Camp Cheerful in Strongsville and provides many unique recreational opportunities to our clients. It is a fun, fast pace environment which offers our clients activities such as therapeutic riding, swimming, fishing, hiking, etc.
Qualified candidates must have:
HS diploma or GED Provide Transportation-Must be 21 and up. Valid Ohio driver's license and an acceptable driving record. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with people with disabilities Experience assisting with personal care needs Experience working with all Acuity levels A (1:12), B (1:6), C (1:3) & C1 (1:1) Experience with working in a fast pace environment. Experience with writing reports/progress notes Available to work M-F 8:45 a.m-4:45 pm Monday-Friday.
