3+ Years in Freight Forwarding Industry

Ocean Freight Knowledge will be considered.
High School Diploma or Bachelor's.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate export documentation for international Air Import/Export shipments from origin to destination.
Assist & coordinate with the import/export department Air shipments.
Ensure that export regulatory requirements are met (Responsible for AES transmission and compliance regulations)
Fulfill all stipulated key milestones.
Maintain accurate costs and profits by overseeing and completing proper billing to clients based on agreed pricing.
Agree shipping costs with the service provider with management approval.
Obtain and create quotes for shipments and source best method of transportation to customer and Lamaignere worldwide alliance offices request.
