Browser (runtime environment) and DOM (Document- Object Model) experience
A good Knowledge of HTTP as nearly all applications need to load external data for the client (Angular) app to process, display, and hand over to users, etc.
Responsibilities:
The ability to work with CSS as applications need to have a nice layout afterall
Architecture and design pattern experience to be able to handle complex business requirements with maintainable code
