Client Coordination
Project Management
Software Skills
AutoCAD
Adobe Suite Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years architectural experience, with at least 5 or more years of recent project management experience, preferably in large scale multi-family development
Required experience with design, construction documents, consultant coordination and construction administration Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program preferred
Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD Architecture, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong understanding of construction practices and detailing
Work samples are required with resume submission
Responsibilities:
Managing all aspects of multiple projects from conception to completion
Meeting project deadlines
Architectural Drafting and Elevations using AutoCAD Architecture and Photoshop
Code compliance and Redlining
Acts as primary client liason for assigned projects
