JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
2+ years experience working from home; a quiet home office environment (more details below)
10+ years of administrative and customer service experience
Native English, verbal and written
Excellent communication skills
Type 40+ WPM
Exceptionally detail oriented with superior organizational skills
Well- Versed in technology, including Microsoft Word, GSuite apps (Gmail, Google Sheets, Slides and Google Docs)
Self- Motivated and capable of working independently with very little management oversight
Adept problem solver
Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service to customers via phone, email, and text
Manage the move- In/move- Out process
Create Comparable Market Analysis (CMA) reports
Draft new Leases and renew existing Leases
Manage resident and owner insurance policies
Resident
management help with maintenance concerns, enforce lease terms and resolve resident complaints
Perform regular audits to ensure policies are being adhered to
Manage the Property Manager's calendar
Pre- Draft emails on behalf of the Property Manager
General office management tasks, including filing, scanning, copying, organizing, cleaning, ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, etc.
Execute all other duties assigned by the Property Managers or Company Owners
