Be an intellectual thought partner and catalyst in the identification, development, and execution of new business models, product strategies, and initiatives that drive value in the digital space. Create a shared understanding of engagement models/curriculums and desired outcomes amongst stakeholders using a holistic approach and communication process. Act as a change agent and liaison bridging gaps between consumers and digital health using technology. Leverage leadership skills, institutional savviness, influence, and enterprise-wide relationships to foster co-collaboration with stakeholders across the CLIENT landscape, cultivating an environment supportive of digital transformation.

Job Description:

People Management

Time: 60%

Acts as a catalyst in driving the success of cross-functional teams that support the mission, vision, and values of DigITs and CLIENT.

Works within a cross-functional team structure and leadership matrix.
Coaches, mentors, and develops Digits staff (trainers). Leads individuals as needed.
Assists in driving efforts that support the institution's digital transformation

Manages a QA team and a DevSecOps team that provides services to all of CLIENT

Change Stewardship / Stakeholder Influence

Time: 30%

Acts as the primary person in DigITs creating and maintaining technology engagement curriculums for DevSecOps and QA for all non-clinical programs and products.

Performance Expectations:

Have in-depth technical knowledge of the products and tools used for DevSecOps and QA testing including but not limited to CI/CD pipeline, security scans automated testing, and more. Capable of setting the strategic direction for the team for CLIENT.

Leverages leadership skills, institutional savviness, influence, and enterprise-wide relationships fosters co-collaboration with stakeholders across the CLIENT landscape, cultivating an innovative agile environment open to change and in support of digital transformation.
Acts as a change agent and liaison bridging gaps between health consumers, digital health, and customers (DigITs and Enterprise

Creates a shared understanding through curriculums and training amongst stakeholders with the introduction of new business model opportunities using a holistic approach ensuring buy-in, alignment, and a collaborative partnership for automated QA and automated CI/CD pipelines across the board.
Creates a shared understanding amongst stakeholders from DigITs and beyond
Assist in guiding change management strategies including planning, identification of risks, coordination with stakeholders, and overcoming of obstacles to change.
In partnership with leadership assists in facilitating regular communication regarding the status and progress of the initiative. Reports regularly on progress to stakeholders and steering and executive committees as needed.
Coordinates with applicable stakeholders when developing and executing a communication plan.
Maintains awareness of stakeholder engagement; identifies and responds to key challenges and areas of opportunity.

Resource Management

Time: 10%

Acts as the primary person in DigITs creating, maintaining, and reconciling positions against our approved budget. Utilizes department-wide data to analyze positions (open/filled) and prepares reports/dashboards for senior leadership. Works with TAG/HR and various DigITs leaders to ensure necessary positions are filled and compliance is met. Works with senior leaders in DigITs to recommend and implement new recruitment strategies. Advises on complex HR issues and questions.

Performance Expectations:

Working with managers to create requisitions against approved positions.
Reviewing weekly / monthly position control reports to:

Handle the administrative work required to switch unapproved positions to approved positions, when appropriate

Tracking the recruiting activities and providing visibility into the current recruiting pipeline:
Requisitions against open positions
Creates and maintains onboarding workflows.
Works with Compensation to ensure equitable salaries are provided throughout the operations team.
Works with HR to ensure consistent and accurate job descriptions/job codes.

Manage the budget for the DevSecOps/QA function.
