As a Product Specialist, you will assist your customers in the car-buying journey. From the initial point of contact to the time they drive off the lot with their new vehicle, and after the sale - your goal is to ensure the customer has the information they need to have an enjoyable and easy car buying experience.

No commission means no pressure for you or your customer.

Our Team: Kunes Country is looking for an energetic & personable team member to round out our Sales Team. We train & support you... we're looking for someone who can connect with people, listen to their needs, and help them into a new or used vehicle. After 90 days, product specialists should expect to earn between 43K-48K in the first year including bonuses. Top performers will earn over 75K.

A typical day might include the following

A team meeting at the start of the day will outline clear objectives, follow-up projects, new incentives, competitive information, education, and deliberate practice. Engage with the customer via the phone, email, text, or in-person to determine where the customer is in their buying journey and what additional information, they may need before making a purchase. Take photos and videos for social media of new & used inventory. Complete product demonstrations at the dealership or the customer's home or office Work with inventory and acquisition team to uncover the market value of the customer's trade appraisal Determine and explain purchase terms to the customer- the price of vehicle, payments, length of the loan Stay in contact with the customers you've met to ensure their questions were answered and they had a great experience Follow up with your customers after the sale to ensure they are 100% satisfied with their purchase.

Who you are:

You have experience in retail sales (furniture, cellular, etc),
hospitality, restaurant, or any customer-facing role. You like interacting with people and enjoy explaining details in a non-threatening way You enjoy problem-solving under pressure and have shown an ability to remain calm, courteous and professional during times of high stress You value being in a sales role with a strong emphasis on the customer experience Cars, people, and competition gets you excited

Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.

Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.

Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.

Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.

Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
