Candidates with some degree of study in college will have some advantages for this position.
Three years or more of administrative experience is a must.
Candidates should be analytical and have problem-solving skills with special attention to detail.
Be able to make educated decisions, and have excellent organizational skills.
Qualified candidates will have a "Can Do" attitude, be a team player with the ability to prioritize activities.
Must also be an able communicator.

Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Preferably residing in Boca Raton, FL or nearby areas.
Actividades a realizar:
Providing assistance to the Accountant in AR / AP.
Receiving and organizing documentation to be forwarded to the appropriate people.
Entering assigned information into the system in an efficient manner.
Perform receptionist duties when necessary.
Attend and direct visitors arriving during the day to the store.
