Desktop/Laptop with at least 8th gen i3 and 8g of RAM

Stable Internet Connection (10mbps or better

Can work graveyard shifts and high demand conditions
Responsibilities:
To set Appointments for the client's members through webinar or Zoom

to manage appointments by setting reminders and to follow up on members for missed appointments

to adhere to call number quota

to resolve general tasks
