We wish to link to our team bilingual logistics assistant, with minimum 3 years related experience in distribution and wholesale companies in the technology sector, who will be responsible for the overall management of all procurement, transportation, warehousing and inventory support services of merchandise, must have knowledge in advanced excel.
Actividades a realizar:
- Ensures the implementation of procurement procedures, under the supervision of the purchasing area.
- Receive the company's purchases and verify that they correspond to what was requested.
- Properly store the company's merchandise.
- Follow up on orders placed with suppliers.
- Support internal supply operations.
- Support the transportation and distribution of merchandise.
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing merchandise in the company's database.
- Plans and supervises the shipment and delivery of merchandise to its final destination.
- Performs physical inventories and keep track in the database.
Ofrecemos:
Direct contract with the company.
