JOB DESCRIPTION
Requisitos:
Startup of technological solutions with presence at LATAM level, wants to add to its team a professional in administrative careers, bilingual (English- Spanish conversational and written), with a minimum experience of 3 years in the position, in charge of supporting the different operational and purchasing administrative processes. Must have knowledge of Office tools (advanced Excel), filing, export, logistics, accounting, document preparation and experience in banking processes.
Actividades a realizar:
Customer Service
- Elaboration of quotations
- Follow up of purchase orders
- Export processes
- Elaboration of reports
- Communication with suppliers
- Purchasing
- Database development
- Travel management
- Other administrative functions
- Contact
with financial entities.
- Upload invoices to the system.
- Control of payments, both to suppliers, parafiscal and taxes.
- Cost control.
- Sales reports.
