Requisitos:
Bachelor's degree in Architectural, Engineering (MEP, Structural) or related degree.
Live in NY/NJ or willing to relocate to this area.
+3 years of experience participating and/or coordinating BIM projects.
+3 years of professional experience in BIM software and modeling tools.
Proven experience in developing and executing BIM software and/or process training.
Experience delivering projects following BIM methodologies and best practices.
Experience using AutoCAD, REVIT, Navisworks, ReCAP, Autodesk Construction Cloud is a must.
Experience using Civil 3D, Infraworks, Synchro, Dynamo is a plus.
Fully committed and self-driven.
Ability to prioritize and schedule assigned tasks and duties.
Actividades a realizar:
Development of BIM Libraries and content.
Maintenance and Improvements of existing BIM Standards and Guidelines.
Provide ongoing technical support to BIM users.
Prepare and handoff BIM Training.
Evaluate and introduce new CAD/BIM solutions that can help the Design and Construction processes.
Participate in project meetings and help to lead workshops.
Perform BIM Audits to ensure consistency with company VDC Requirements and BIM Standards.
Provide drafting/modeling support to active Design projects.
Provide support during Construction BIM implementation processes
