JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:


BCBA certification
Proven leadership abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills with children and their families
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 40lbs, squatting, kneeling, etc.
Responsibilities:
Develop individual behavior programs based on client assessments
Monitor therapy teams and provide on- Ite supervision to ensure client success
Adjust treatment plans based on child's progress and be accountable for treatment outcomes
Contribute to child's IEP team by providing objectives, behavior intervention plans, and comprehensive goal recommendations
Conduct training workshops for families and/or schools, and provide ongoing training and feedback to tutors
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and technicians on the team
