Functional Skills and Experience
Minimum 15 years of industry or consulting experience ideally in Energy & Utilities industry, with an excellent track record of leading and supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives Deep knowledge of Energy & Utilities industry end to end business value chain Deep knowledge of business processes in Utilities industry preferably in Energy Supply Optimization, Operational Efficiency for Plants & Grids, Metering, Customer Engagement and Billing & Revenue Management Ability to do domain consulting/ advisory services (Business Process Improvement/ Re-engineering, Gap Analysis, CRPs, Transformation Roadmaps etc.) Proven Thought leadership acumen for the industry trends and drivers Should have been part of the defining the roadmaps for Business Transformational and business process design for marquee manufacturing organizations  A deep understanding of the issues and future challenges facing the global discreet/Process manufacturing industry - either from working for a manufacturing organization or working in a research or consulting company specializing in this area. Excellent analytical skills and
a strong sense for structure and logic Experience of working with globally dispersed project teams, in a matrix organizational set-up Strong domain knowledge to understand how the business solutions within the area of focus can be configured and delivered to better facilitate customer business processes. Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions Strong proactive communicator and presenter, able to influence and collaborate at all levels Experience in implementing advanced business solutions from either of JDA, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis will be a plus Ability to work independently and be effective/proactive in a relatively unstructured environment Ability to develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and consultants
