Proven experience working as a call center agent or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast- Aced environment.
Exceptional negotiation and decision- Making skills.
Effective communication skills.
Detail- Oriented.
Responsibilities:
Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high
volume of prospective clients.
Manage customer calls and appointments effectively for new opportunities.
