Responsibilities:
Your role will be to follow a s specialized work- Flow based on the questions you ask the customers and how they respond. Everything from debt amount to the state customers live in may change the customer options. Therefore, we need someone who is clear with customers and detailed with their responses. As is always true with telemarketing, some customers are embarrassed or put up a fight when we call, you will need to be able to take this in stride and handle according to our thorough training. Staying positive and confident is a must for our team.
