Responsibilities:

Answers incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns

Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call

Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies

Impact the companys bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers
Benefits:
You'll be required to commence training and orientation soonest as we need the position filled and active immediately. The pay is $39.84/hr. training is $20.00/hr. and will get payment bi-weekly via direct deposit or paycheck and the maximum amount you can work a week is 30 hours.

Salary: USD 600.00 - 400.00 Weekly
