JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
Resideo is seeking a Manager, eMarketing. The position is responsible for managing and supporting the strategy of acquiring and retaining consumers online across our distribution channels (Brand sites, Retail. Com, and Amazon. Com), using media strategy and tactical execution to drive growth and engagement, while supporting business goals.
Bachelor-s degree required: Business, Marketing or related field.
4 years of digital marketing and/or Ecommerce work experience
Experience working with Digital Marketing agencies
Responsibilities:
Manage and support the marketing campaign planning process and strategy development in accordance with overall brand and ecommerce growth plans which includes Amazon Marketing (Search for US & Canada, Display, Content, Beta testing) and Retail. Com Marketing (Search, Display, Content, Beta testing).
Manage and support strategic projects surrounding content development, catalogue improvement and campaign recap performance.
Manage and support the strategy and day- To- Day execution with digital marketing agencies.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to strategically develop plans that align with the integrated marketing campaigns and retail promotions.
Manage budget strategy for eMarketing tactics, ensuring the budget is strategic and optimized.
Completes content audits on brand and retail sites to ensure content is optimized and up to date.
Collaborate with Brand Marketing and the Creative team to develop assets to optimize online presence, driving engagement on brand pages.
Partner with Analytics to understand sales lift and performance trends to optimize the media mix.
Collaborate on the preparation for key customer and internal business reviews, representing the overall strategy and strategic tactics that drive efforts.
Support and collaborate on product review seedings to drive online share of voice.
Support national digital display activation and reporting. Analyze data and reporting to ensure campaigns are optimized.
Supports additional marketing efforts such as social media and influencer content monitoring.
Helps maintains Digital Asset Management tool, ensuring that IT is organized, updated and reflects the brand.
