Responsibilities:
Support operations by providing analytical testing for materials and products, including data analysis and reporting.
· Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts supporting methodology and systems in Pharmaceutical Material and/or Drug Product Testing.
· Ability to become proficient in utilizing analytical equipment for drug product testing, specifically including HPLC and Dissolution Apparatus, with ability to use LIMS and Empower Chromatographic software.
· Performs troubleshooting and initial investigative work related to OOS, OOE, OOT.
· Maintains required levels of productivity, quality and teamwork metrics. Supports continuous improvement initiatives within Quality Control.
· Demonstrates independence and proficiency in performing tests for most products supported by work groups.
· Identifies suspect data and works with management to complete investigations.
· Identifies technical and compliance issues and works with management on implementing solutions.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Adheres to all applicable procedures, cGMPs, company policies and any other quality or regulatory requirements. (For example: OSHA, DEA, FDA, EMEA, ANVISA, HS&E etc. ).
