1- 3 years of recent experience aa s CNC Machinist
Strong expertise in PROGRAM/SET UP, 3,4,5 Axis, can touch off tools; mostly Milling (sometimes 10,20 or 30 tools)
Understand Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T)
Knowledge of Machining in a manufacturing setting or related experience and education
Experience with quality systems and processes
Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines; Haas, Hurco and Okuma machines to produce quality, precision, cost- Effective machined parts on a production basis with min supervision
Perform its own first part, in- Rocess quality check and deburr
Read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances
Self- Tarter capable of a deal fast- Aced variety of tasks in a fast paced, multi- Tasking environment
