Actividades a realizar:
Program Operations & Performance
Women-s Group & Community Conversations
- Oversee Community Coordinators in the planning and implementation of Women's Groups and Community Conversations
- Manage Women-s Group & Community Conversations Program Budget and
approve budget recommendations within scope of Manager-s financial
oversight.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of Women-s Group & Community
Conversations participant data collection and evaluation practices.
- Build, establish and maintain organizational partnerships with Women's- Group
and Community Conversations Collaborators.
Bridge Builders & NSC
- Collaborate with the Director of Community Initiative to develop General RCP
orientation and /training curricula and materials
- Refine, update, and manage family onboarding materials and processes.
- Work collaboratively with Program and Operations Directors to develop
effective data analytics to enhance evidence-based quality outcomes.
- Oversee NSC/BB coordinator-s collection of program performance metrics
- Ensure participant data is up to date and records are kept in accordance with
funding and regulatory requirements.
- Lead weekly Programs Team meeting with Coordinators to provide task
supervision and progress tracking.
Leadership Development & Supervision
Collective Care Team & The Hive
- Lead Collective Care Team meetings bi-weekly to provide task supervision, team
building, and team support, developing a -leaderful- team of program staff
- Provide weekly supervision with Program and Community Coordinators focused on
task supervision and professional development.
- Identify professional and personal development opportunities for program staff, and
serve as a mentor to help develop the personal leadership capabilities of each
program staff member
- Oversee the usage of the Hive and development of multilingual material by
Community Coordinators. Track relevant evaluation metrics and review each
Collective Care meeting.
Ofrecemos:
- Salary range of $45,000 - $50,000

and from the RCP Office.
