Construction Site Superintendent - Oakland

Requirements:

RHC has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Site Superintendent to join our team.
RHC Superintendents work with the project delivery team to ensure quality, on- Time delivery and help hit financial targets for the team.

In order to be successful in this role you-ll need the following skills & experience:
5+ years of verifiable commercial construction experience
Significant commercial experience, particularly TIs & -ground up- large scale projects
Superior verbal & written communication skills
Analytical & Solutions oriented
Proficiency with MS Project & Google Office suite
Ability to see big picture and overall schedule without becoming myopic
Experience managing lead times for materials

Layout of coordinating trades
Assisting in development of change order estimates of costs.
Ability to create project sequencing lists and schedules.
