Requirements:
We need customer retention agents who must be located in the United States and can work in customer retention. The agents will be required to perform outbound calls to existing customers.
Payrate: 11 USD per hour + bonuses based on performance
Contractor Requirements:
MUST be located in the US.
Available for 8 hours a day.
Comfortable to work with a 1099 Professional service contract (W9)
Schedule available:
1 pm till 9 pm -- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday
Thursday and Sunday off
Technical Requirements:
Fast Internet (10Mbps or better).
USB Headset
Good Computer with Windows-based operating system; Processor: Intel Core i5 or better and RAM: 8GB or better
Responsibilities:
Schedule available:
