Responsibilities:
- • Assist customers in shipping their packages with accuracy and efficiency.
- • Handle a variety of in-store services, including copying, faxing, printing, document scanning and shredding, business card design and production, and invoice design and production.
- • Provide specialized services such as t-shirt sublimation and vinyl printing on various products.
- • Assist customers in processing passport renewals and original applications, including taking passport photos.
- • Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in all aspects of the role.
