Requirements:
The position requires great communication skills, strong computer skills and the ability to make our customers happy! Experience within a call center environment is a plus, but not required. Must have reliable and consistent access to a high-speed internet connection (25 mb/s or faster).

We are looking for experienced Client Success Specialists to work in and help develop our new Client Success Department. Energetic, passionate individuals with the following qualities may apply below to join our rapidly-growing team!
Responsibilities:
 1) Develop & maintain customer relationships

2) Identify opportunities for increased client user experiences

3) Implementing customer satisfaction programs & training

4) Handle a large volume of inbound client calls and emails

5) Provide excellent customer service to upset clients seeking resolutions

Qualifications and Skills:

1) Be able to think outside of the box, with a passion for creating solutions.


2) Must have the drive to maintain high levels of productivity

3) Customer service expert.

4) Experience with CRM and other work management tools such as Jira a plus

5) Computer and Internet-savvy.

6) Creative problem solver with the ability to make decisions independently and/or while collaborating with a team.
