Customer Service Representative - Sharonville

Requirements:
Job Title - Customer Service Representative
Location - Sharonville/Cincinnati, Ohio
Responsible for following customer process and procedures including verifying account information, documenting the system correctly, following all privacy requirements, and maintaining a professional demeanor.
The Requirements are, but are not limited:
- Experience in Motor Finance Billing, Invoicing & Post Termination processes would be preferred
- Strong work ethic with a minimum of 1- Year clerical experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Minimum education level of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Ability to toggle between various systems to accurately maintain accounts and data
Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong work ethic with a minimum of 1- 3 years in auto / transport finance operations experience
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Proficient in QA checks for documents, quotes, customer identification, invoice checking
- Subject- Matter experience in billing, termination & auction with regards to dealers & intermediaries
