Position Overview: Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative position is responsible of answering incoming customer service calls and outgoing calls to collect payments. IT is very important to have an excellent customer service and be a team worker. The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Receive titles sent from Tallahassee with lien holder
Close file folders
Work on the Dealer payoff list
Place stops on registrations
