requirements:
The position is for a customer service representative with call center experience. The customer service representative will be required to provide excellent customer service while working in a fast paced and professional environment. We are looking for individuals who enjoy talking to people via chat, email and phone with clients specific issues while accurately capturing all customer related information. It is a full-time monday friday schedule within the general hours of 8:30 am 5:30 pm

3+ years of relevant call center experience.

excellent written and verbal communication skills

experience handling outbound and inbound calls

experience working on collection processes

high school diploma, ged, or equivalent preferred

experience of working on a dialer system will be an added advantage

responsibilities:
Manage all inbound customer service calls to assist customers with timely and accurate answers

respond to customer inquiries by telephone or email

dial or receive calls as directed.

provide accurate information at all times.

correctly write all accounts and acquire missing information.

maintain a polite attitude during all contacts.

adhere to the schedule regarding break periods.
