Requirements:
Since 1951 we have successfully assisted union workers with their benefit packages. They are requesting our services and we are responding to their requests. There is no cold calling, soliciting or prospecting. We work with "blue collar" workers such as teachers, constructions workers, nurses, home health aids, electricians, actors, MTA workers and many more.
Since the Corona virus began, we have gone 100% remote and our company has grown over 38%! We are now hiring for both hybrid and remote positions.
We are looking to grow again in 2023 by continuing to hire, train and promote our new remote hires. To accomplish this, we seek applicants who want a career position with an option of being groomed into management.
You must:
- Have a good work ethic
- Be coach- Able and goal orientated
- Have integrity & ethics and pass a background check
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Want a "career" position, not just a "job", which offers promotions to management (optional)
- Bi- Lingual not a requirement but a plus! (We have Spanish speaking clients)
- Authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
You will be responding to union members requests for assistance with their benefits over a Zoom call.
Benefits:
- Initial and continuous training with an ongoing mentor
- Benefits after 90 days including union membership
