Data Entry Clerk | Beginner Level - Seattle

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc. )
- Basic understanding of databases and online forms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel
- Additional certifications or coursework in data entry or related field
Responsibilities:
- Enter data from various sources into the company database or software platforms
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re- Entering information as needed
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
- Compile, verify, and sort information for accuracy before entering into databases
- Generate reports, analyze data, and identify discrepancies
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all data
