The Digital Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for building and executing digital marketing strategies for Hillroms Global Business Unit with the primary objective of driving qualified leads and leading campaigns to support the companys business priorities. This position will be a full-time contracted position that will require up to 40 hours a week reporting to the Sr. Manager of Demand Generation. You will own performance marketing channels including email, paid and organic search, and social and display, where execution, measurement and optimization are keys to success.Essential Functions/Major ResponsibilitiesAcquisition: Build and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and budget aligned with Hillroms key business objectives on time and within budget: Drive qualified leads through downloadable assets and other key digital marketing initiatives Elevate awareness of Hillrom as a market leader to drive brand equity Align with always on content strategy to drive inbound and outbound marketing Content and SEO: Work with greater marketing team to generate appropriate ad copy and landing page content, ensuring all content is optimized for SEO Write compelling ad copy and help teams optimize their assets based on digital marketing best practices Work with greater marketing team to create best-in-class landing pages optimized for conversion Reporting: Determine appropriate report metrics and systems for

planning and measurement of success Track and measure campaign success Ensure proper tracking is in place for measurement and attribution Track spend against budget (CPL, CPA, ROI) and results against goals (MQL, SAL, SQL) Report: Develop a regular reporting process and cadence for campaign performance trackingOptimization: Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize ad copy, channels/tactics, spend, etc.Requirements 5+ years digital marketing experience, B2B experience preferred Experience with Google AdWords/Tag Manager/Analytics Experience managing and running campaigns on social channels Demonstrable experience developing and implementing successful email, SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Experience with marketing automation tools such as Pardot, Hubspot and Marketo Strong analytical skills with ability to explain and validate spend with data Up to date on latest digital marketing trends and best practices Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and manage/prioritize incoming requests Creative problem solver with excellent verbal and written communications skills Confident, self-motivated individual with strong bias toward action BS Business Administration, Marketing or related field
