The Director of Compensation & HRIS will be responsible for leading the strategy, implementation and maintenance of compensation, HR systems and employee data throughout the employee life-cycle. They will be a key member of the HR leadership team and have ownership of people related operations. We are looking for a transformative and strategic leader who thrives in fluid environment.

Essential Job Functions:


Drive, influence, advise and support technology solutions and data flow across the HR organization
Continuously improve or establish new processes to ensure the accuracy of data and efficiency of data entry in the HR systems
Support the ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the HCM product for all HR modules.
Support the company's strategic objectives and improve business operations by leveraging HR data and analytics
Ensure the identification, development, analysis, interpretation and delivery of management reports and information to assist in making and monitoring key decisions, policies, programs and practices
Work closely and collaboratively with internal HR stakeholders and other functional areas (Finance, IT, Operations Sales, etc.) to build, integrate, and maintain HR technology interfaces across the company to drive efficiencies.
Leads continuous improvement projects within functions and participates in other organizational projects to improve efficiency
Create and manage a compensation infrastructure including job design and evaluation, pay equity analysis (internal and external), salary structures, and rewards structure development

evaluate and ensure the consistent application of compensation programs that drive quality performance, align with company goals and are competitive in the labor market
Manage our compensation practices around key touch points ie new hire offers, promotions, and annual market adjustments
Provide ongoing education to managers and supervisors on our compensation structure and other compensation best practices
Lead the annual compensation increase process through the HCM system including configuration, testing and reporting.


Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar course of studies from an accredited university or college
Knowledge of multiple HR technologies, Oracle experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Compensation or Total Rewards with ownership of HRIS.
CCP certification or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation and HR operations experience
Experience in the design and implementation of compensation structures (all levels)
Strong business, financial, operations and technology acumen
Thrives in a fluid environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills - able to communicate at all levels of the organization
Strong planning, analytical, project management, and critical thinking skills
