JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will manage the HRIS systems in a service oriented and integrated human resources operations function as well as provide HR analytics and reporting dashboards. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, developing and maintaining partnerships across all functional HR/Payroll areas and partners to develop and integrate solutions in support of business objectives as well as ensuring the security and integrity of internal database files, tables and reports.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the various system components including Oracle Fusion HR, Payroll, Self-Service, Compensation, Performance Management, Succession Planning, recruiting and Talent Management through partnering with Function leaders.
Develop and oversee the execution of tactical plans to assure that payroll and HRIS supports the Companys strategic objectives
Lead and manage plans and mechanisms for the dissemination of pertinent HR data and reports from HRIS. Oversee the development implementation and maintenance of periodic reports distributed by Human Resources including dashboards and analytics.
Ensure system documentation is maintained and current to ensure compliance with various governance requirements as it relates to HCM (Sarbanes Oxley, internal audit, information security and privacy).
Responsible for ensuring technical expertise through training on all HRIS systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Self-Service, Learning Management, Kronos, and Reporting.
This position will be responsible for implementing improvements to Human Resources business processes relating to HR systems and the payroll

team, determining appropriate actions and functional needs.
Act as a liaison with other departments including IT, Internal Audit, Finance, Operations, etc.
Responsible for data integrity of the HRIS and creating workflows to maximize the efficiency of the system.
Thorough understanding of integrated Payroll and HRIS system, including all functions within the systems (Payroll, HRIS and Time Collection).
Manage special projects as required.
Skills/Experience Requirements
Seven (7) years of experience in HRIS and one or more years of other functional HR areas.
Five plus (5+) years utilizing Oracle HRMS and/or other HCM system(s) required.
Ability to drive system implementation from discovery, to requirements, build, test, deploy, and through the control phase.
Previous exposure to payroll support
Strong project management skills with experience in organizing, planning, and executing medium-scale projects from the design stage through implementation.
Acts as a catalyst for change. Removes roadblocks to create alignment between business goals and behaviors that drive performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple projects and deadlines.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business or HR Management
