JOB DESCRIPTION

This individual is responsible for being a partner to the HR community as we implement enterprise wide solutions that bring progressive technology solutions to better serve corporation and our operating companies. This will include our core human resources platform (ie, Oracle HCM), learning management system, payroll and other talent management related processes. The right individual will have technology leadership expertise, HR domain expertise and experience in establishing robust partnerships.
Responsibilities:

Manage the partnership with the Fortive Corporate HR team and interact with key stakeholders to understand and collect requirements to translate those into applications and functionality to support their needs.
Help form vision, roadmap, and goals for HR products
Build the team that can effectively and efficiently deliver on the vision and roadmap.
Lead senior management through the development of a business architecture plan for the HR function and the Operating Companies. Evaluate and present information that will facilitate effective and timely decision-making through written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings with recommendations.
Manage the review, analysis, and evaluation of ideas, projects, and opportunities to develop new technologies, products, and business models.
Facilitate workshops to understand user challenges, define process requirements and document future state process maps
Drive the development and expansions of tools to improve productivity and transparency with our global workforce.
Drive HR product development with fast-moving, cross-functional teams (eg, business users, engineers, people operations)
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in the development of business architecture framework development, tool suite selection, and design and methodology development.
Ensure that solutions developed within the organization are aligned to enterprise architecture standards and principles, leverage common solutions and services, and meet financial targets (cost and benefits).
Manage the budget for Human Resources technology solutions, control the licensing, and own the vendor relationship.
Manage the technology activities associated with mergers and

acquisitions (eg data mapping and integration) to ensure rapid on-boarding into the Fortive enterprise.
This position will own Fortive wide applications such as Oracle HCM, Taleo, Absorb LMS and managed payroll services.
Liaise with the services organization/help desk to ensure seamless support
Maintain utmost confidentiality on all conversations, documents, correspondence, research records, information, data, etc.
Create/sustain a dynamic and energizing work environment which welcomes creativity and innovation
Lead teams/team members to support the following activities:

Product architecture
Product change and release management
Product configuration
Data conversion and maintenance
Product and data integration with other enterprise tools
Portfolio security and compliance with global regulations
Oversight of data as an asset and in support of reporting and analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with preference for Information Systems or Computer Science as field of study.
Ten (10) years' experience in complex IT organization.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management business processes including Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other processes.
Demonstrated knowledge with Payroll Systems and support experience.
Demonstration and mastery of IT/Systems change management and configuration management best practices.
Excellent Communication, Teamwork skills, and Customer Relationship Skills.
Experience of working in a global environment essential.
Advanced knowledge of Cloud Security, Network Security, Data Protection, Web/Mobile Application Security.
Well-versed in customer contract review and compliance.
Demonstrated ability to leverage advanced knowledge of a business structure and components of a product or service to identify current state for a project or endeavor; Ability to analyze gaps caused by change initiatives and determine potential opportunities.
