In this role, the Director, Human Resources - Commercial, Innovation & Enabling Functions will be responsible for helping enable and achieve the Company's Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology objectives through our talent agenda, contributing to the development and delivery of the Company's employee value proposition, driving employee engagement across the entire employee lifecycle, maximizing Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology capabilities and fostering a culture that will enable the Company's ambition.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a talent solution provider and business partner across the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions, continuously improving the Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions and maximizing the impact of our talent
Serve as talent partner and executive coach to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, Chief Financial Officer and other key Sr. Leadership Team members.
Lead change management efforts and initiatives across the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
Build and foster partnerships with the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology teams' top leaders, hiring managers and the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to execute the company's workforce plan and ensure the effective sourcing, evaluating, securing and on-boarding of key talent for these functions.
Enable effective movement of internal talent by focusing on continuously improving the experience associated with the internal candidate process.
Partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team to build and foster an employment brand that attracts key talent to the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
In partnership with the Company's Talent Development Center of Excellence, accelerate the Company's performance culture by setting clear and meaningful objectives for the entire global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions, aligning rewards to performance, providing role clarity, driving impactful learning and development opportunities and holding regular functional talent reviews that will inform succession planning and career pathing across these functions.
Oversee the compensation and performance appraisal and objective-setting initiatives for the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions' employee populations to include annual reviews, regular manager/employee check-ins, manager feedback, coaching and facilitation of performance management training.
Provide coaching and support to global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology employees on performance improvement plans, conflict resolution and career development.
Partner with the Total Rewards Center of Excellence to develop and deploy compensation, benefits and recognition programs that will drive a performance culture.
Drive an efficient and effective Human Resources operating structure within the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human

Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
Ensure that the Human Resources team's objectives and initiatives are closely linked to and clearly support the company's strategy.
Deploy key talent in key areas to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes for the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
Provide effective talent-related decision support through the use of timely and meaningful data, analysis, metrics and dashboards.
Provide clear and effective communication across the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
Demonstrate managerial courage and provide timely and actionable constructive feedback across the global Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology functions.
Resolve issues quickly and directly in order to maximize performance.
Partner with Sr. Leadership Team members to drive continuous improvement across the Sales, Marketing, Design, R&D, Innovation, Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology teams.
Lead team members to ensure effective management and administration of personnel policies and practices, compliance with State/Province/Country/Local laws, company policies and procedures.
Effectively and efficiently drive restructuring efforts as opportunities are identified.
Provide leadership related to acquisition integration and standardization of work globally.

Qualifications
BS/BA or University degree.
Entrepreneurial spirit, with demonstrated experience working in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work successfully in a highly matrixed environment.
10-12+ years of experience developing and deploying impactful talent solutions in a complex global company.
4-6+ years of experience leading global teams.
Demonstrated track record of effectively leading teams, coaching, building partnerships and effectively managing and resolving challenges.
Demonstrated track record of effectively coaching and serving the talent solution needs of multiple senior executives (preferably C-level and/or President-level) at one time.
Ability to analyze and assess organizational needs and provide solutions.
Acquisition integration experience.
