JOB DESCRIPTION

The Director Product Management will be responsible for working with delivery team to provide end-to-end road-mapping, deployment, and change management related to our global enterprise platforms. The Director will work with multiple teams across the business, such as Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain, to develop a deep understanding of their needs and to deliver solutions that will have a significant impact on operational efficiencies and servicing effectiveness.

The Director Product Management's primary responsibility is to:

Ensure all business teams are ready for the rollout of the global solution.
Ensure the product is ready at launch and that it retains its innovative edge over its lifetime.
Collaborate with Product Managers to identify needs and manage the to-be solution deployment.
Assist with triage and prioritization of issues raised during implementation, provide post go-live operational support, and lead ongoing transformational initiatives.
Generate reports and product documentation; orchestrate the creation and maintenance of internal and external stakeholder training.
Ensure that departments are successfully adopting new processes and technologies.
Enable teams to drive innovation and encourage use of the entire platform and its related technologies by promoting available

functionality and exploring additional opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and drive advanced offerings to improve business outcomes.
Direct Product Managers in the creation and maintenance of roadmaps for enterprise software.
We are seeking candidates with the following experience and skills:

Who You Are:

You are a strong communicator with the ability to execute plans in a cross-functional team environment. You have a drive to execute portfolios to ensure the ongoing success of multiple teams and you have demonstrated this over the course of your career. You have a strong bias toward data-driven decision making and you have an innate ability to understand how metrics relate to business problems and to each other.

You Possess:

8+ years of product management and global process change experience.
10 years of experience working in a software organization.
Experience using enterprise products to develop client or business solutions.
Thorough understanding of processes and best practices for one or more of the following: Sales, Finance, or Supply Chain.
Thorough understanding of how to manage cross-functional teams.
Strong client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing complex portfolios.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, ability to interact with executives in the organization, and the ability to tailor messages appropriately.
Strong ability to represent and document strategic plans, business processes, and business cases.

Education:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Certification in Product or Change Management is preferred.
