GateSource HR is currently headquartered in the United Kingdom and will register an entity in the EEUU; we are looking to appoint a Director / General Manager.
This is a great opportunity to participate in the global transition to a carbon- Free economy by helping international companies secure the best talents in the renewable energy sector to work on projects across the continent.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide direction, staffing and control for the execution of our recruitment strategy across North and South America. The candidate will oversee Operations, Sales, and Finance functions with a hands- On approach.
Responsibilities:
Previous recruitment experience, technical experience highly regarded.
A motivated, energetic, and driven person, looking to achieve goals and work to high standards, with a customer- Centric attitude
You need to be able to think both strategically and tactically to qualify for a director level position and not just a Recruiting Manager role.
Experience in either one of the following industries: Mining, renewable energy, engineering, construction
Be able to work within a fast pace, team- Oriented environment.
Able to maximize team performance through coaching and developing Consultants.
